Dierks Bentley Takes Annual Polar Plunge to Ring in 2016

Dierks Bentley started the new year the same way he's started the last 14 years, with his annual polar plunge.

"I don't know why we do this every year," says Bentley who went into the Nashville lake not once but twice.

This year's polar plunge was quite different than a few years ago when Bentley was in Florida. He had to improvise by using a kiddie pool with bags of ice.

Last year Bentley used his polar plunge to announce his latest tour with Caanan Smith, Kip Moore and Maddie & Tae, who weren't as excited to jump in a cold lake as Bentley.
