Have you seen the 'Toilet Garden' in Upstate New York? In the town of Potsdam, a man actually created one on his front lawn and some people are now calling it "Potty Town.

While a Dateline NBC film crew was covering the murder trial this past week, that will be featured on tonight's episode, they came across the toilet garden at 84 Market Street.

Fred 'Hank' Robar is the may behind the garden and says it receives a mixed reaction. "There's some people that don't like them. They think it's disgusting. I get more thumbs up then thumbs down. People stop 3 to 4 times a day and 30 times on the weekend to take pictures."

Robar's 'Toilet Garden' actually started as a jab at the village. "I did it because I was teed off at how the village treated me but now I do it because I enjoy it."
