Delta Lake Inn Takes Back People’s Choice Award at Epicurean Delight

Another year, another successful Epicurean Delight to benefit Hospice & Palliative Care. But who won the People's Choice this year? Did Tailor & the Cook take it home for the 3rd year or was a new winner crowned out of the 26 area restaurants?

The 2016 People's Choice award went to Delta Lake Inn with their infamous white chocolate bread pudding along with a few new options; seared ahi tuna and braised beef short ribs served with mushroom risotto. “We got to step up the game a little bit.”

The menu change worked, giving Delta Lake back the honor after losing to Tailor & the Cook the last two years.

Tad and I were the honorary chair couple once again and once again had to waddle home. You'd think samples wouldn't fill you up but stuffed would be an understatement.
