Couple Faces Jail Time For Sneaking Into A Movie

Lendsey and Delilah Harbin of Gary, Indiana are avid movie fans. This may well be their downfall. The Smoking Gun reports that thecouple had just finished watching the Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson movie “Snitch” when they decided they also wanted to see “Warm Bodies” playing next door at the local multi-plex theater. The problem was they didn’t have the money so instead of buying a ticket they snuck in. Bad idea.
Theater security spotted the couple and moved in.
They found the couple waiting for “Warm Bodies” to begin. After previews had ended and the movie started, the officers approached the Harbins. The duo was “taken into custody without incident” and transported to the Porter County jail, where they were booked on the felony count and later released on their own recognizance.

That’s right a felony! In Indiana all thefts are deemed felonies so the Harbins will be facing a possible jail sentence for sneaking into the theater. After all was said and done, the couple knew they had done wrong.
“I know we done wrong,” said Delilha . The pair reportedly “advised they had snuck into movies at this movie complex 3 to 4 other times.” The Harbins also claimed they “were at a funeral all day and just were not thinking correctly.”
