Country Stars Share Hangover Remedies
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are probably the top drinking holidays of the year right? They are also the leading cause of hangovers. Your favorite country stars have some hangover remedies you can try.
Dierks Bentley
Dierks actually says there is no cure. So even though he's known for getting drunk on a plane, he must be known for throwing up in the toilet the next day.
Eric Church
Eric relies on 5-Hour Energy drinks due to all the vitamins. Also, he told Taste Of Country there may be a backup plan if you drink these:
“You can start pounding those, and it’s either gonna work, or it’s gonna keep you up and prolong your misery,” he says."
Church’s backup plan is two Advil and a beer in the morning.
Jon Pardi
Pardi recommends maybe a bloody mary or two, or three.
Kip Moore and Cannan Smith
Both musicians recommend a ton of water, and for you to drink the booze in moderation.
Kacey Musgraves
Kacey has healthy advice:
“Coconut water is a major help with hangovers, and also, a lot of times we go and eat Vietnamese pho,” she says. “That, sleep, Tylenol, coconut water and just water, in general. And when you’re drinking, have your alcohol, drink a little bit of water, drink some more alcohol, drink some water.”
Either way, please be safe while you drink. Always a designated driver.
