Corning Museum of Glass Creates New Trophy For Watkins Glen NASCAR Event

This years NASCAR Sprint Cup Series At the Glen race winner will be getting a beautiful new trophy courtesy of the Corning Museum of Glass. YNN reports that the company has teamed up with NASCAR to provide an elegant cylindrical glass piece featuring aspects of the Watkins Glen track as well the areas unique geographic aspects.
The cylindrical shaped trophy incorporates the blue color of The Glen’s guardrails and the layout of the track at the top. The shape of the trophy also resembles a waterfall, which the Finger Lakes region is known for.
