Let the speculation begin.  Did Clint Bowyer deliberately spin out at the end of NASCAR's race at Bristol?  Deliberate or not, it certainly had an effect on who'll be racing for the Sprint Cup Chase.  Click to watch the spin and what a variety of drivers thought.

"In car" audio caught a conversation between Boyer and his crew chief talking about whether or not his "arms were starting to hurt" and suggesting "he itch it."  Shortly thereafter he spins.

USA Today columnist Jeff Gluck pointed out that the spin helped Bowyer's teammate, Martin Truex Jr. make the chase.

But when Bowyer spun, Ryan Newman was on his way to making the Chase instead of Truex. So too was Jeff Gordon instead of Joey Logano.

Circumstances after the spin caused both Gordon and Newman to miss the Chase. Logano and Truex ultimately made it – Truex on a tiebreaker with Newman.
Gordon and Newman fans probably think there's a fox in the henhouse, while Logano and Truex fans the opposite.  What do you think, did he do it deliberately?  Should NASCAR investigate or take action?
