ConFROGulations Blake Shelton For Having #1 Selling Album
Blake Shelton is on top of the world after his CD ‘Red River Blue’ topped not only the country charts but the Billboard 200 charts as well. 116,000 copies of the album were sold in one week. Blake even beat his own record. The best week of sales came in 2003 when Blake sold 77,000 copies of ‘The Dreamer.’
Chris Young had a nice showing for his ‘Neon’ CD too. It sold 73,000 copies which lands at #2 on the country chart behind Shelton and 4th on the all genre chart.
