A dog breeder in Montgomery county has a community up in arms. From animal rescue organizations to animal lovers, they are all upset over the treatment of dogs at Flat Creek Border Collies in Sprakers New York.  Pictures and video of the 100 dogs have been taken during the recent frigid weather.  All left outside.

Thanks to Cara Marie Photography for allowing us to use the photos she took of the farm.

The issue has gone viral. A Facebook page has been set up to Save the Dogs. Another has been created, supporting Flat Creek Border Collies called Stop Animal Rights Terrorism Against Breeders.

Politicians, police, the Humane Society, even the dog warden are getting calls. But officials tell Time Warner News, the dogs have the 'required' food, shelter and heated water. But Assemblyman Jim Tedisco wants tougher laws and a bill is on the governor's desk to allow local officials more control over regulating animal rights.

The issue is causing quite as stir but as one person wisely stated, 'there are 3 sides to every story; 'his' side, 'her side' and the truth.'

Share your thoughts. Proper animal care or cruelty?
