Tickets for the Utica Comets' final two home games of the regular season this weekend are gone, marking what will be the 25th and 26th sellouts at the AUD this season.

That's nine more than the team had in its inaugural season and Comets officials say this year's regular season attendance will rise by more than 10,000 over last year.

The surging Comets are riding a ten-game winning streak heading into the final week of the season having already clinched a playoff berth. Winners of the North Division, Utica holds a one point edge - over both Grand Rapids and San Antonio - in the Western Conference standings with six games to play. It means they'll have home ice advantage in the first round of the Calder Cup Playoffs, and possibly, beyond.
