According to a new study by the Harvard School Of Public Health, women who drink several cups of coffee containing caffeine may lower their risk of depression.

Data reported on a 10-year study of 1,500 women indicated that those women who drank two to three cups of coffee with caffeine a day, had 15 percent less risk of developing depression than non-coffee drinkers. Those who drank four or more cups of coffee a day had a 20 percent lower risk.

Of course, too much coffee may not be good for you, and according to sources these findings need to be confirmed by more research. So, this study is not cast in stone.
