Taylor Swift took home the biggest belt buckle at this years CMT Music Awards.  She won Video of the Year for "Mine" and accepted the award while on stage in Milwaukee.  Shania Twain took a tumble heading onto the stage to present the Best Male Video of the Year award.  She talked about "experiencing one of lifes most embarrassing moments" in a video from her hotel room after the show. Watch the video below.  Blake Shelton, by the way, won for belt buckle for "Who Are You When I'm Not Looking."  He wasn't in Nashville either.   Blake accepted his award from the set of his NBC show The Voice.  His wife Miranda Lambert took home the buckle for "The House That Built Me."   Group video honors when to Lady A for "Hello World" and Sugarland picked up the buckle for "Stuck Like Glue."  Newcomers The Band Perry's "If I Die Young" was named the breakthrough video of the year.

Jason Aldean may not have won any belt buckles, but his performance of his new song "Dirt Road Anthem" with Ludacris closed the show and seemed to be the talk of the night.
