City Of Utica Declares Snow Emergency Tonight
As you may be aware by our Frogcast today, the Utica-Rome area could see significant snow beginning late this afternoon and continuing overnight (4 – 7 inches possible). In anticipation of the snowfall, the City of Utica is declaring a snow emergency beginning tonight.

Here are the details, according to our sister station, WIBX:
“The City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency.
It will go into effect at 10:00pm and will remain in effect until further notice.
All vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 tonight will be subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense.”
