Be on the alert, Cigarettes will soon carry new warning labels that feature photos of rotting teeth and gums, diseased lungs, and a corpse of a smoker. Do you think they are trying to make a point? I think so!

According to the AP, it's all part of a new campaign introduced by the Food and Drug Administration yesterday to discourage people from smoking. It's the first major change to come to cigarette packaging in over 25 years. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said in a statement, "These labels are frank, honest and powerful depictions of the health risks of smoking."
