As the coaching panel has finally been set on 'American Idol,' there's a coaching shakeup on 'The Voice.'  Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green are out for the fourth season.  NBC announced Shakira and Usher will replace the original coaches on the upcoming season to allow Aguilera and Green to pursue other projects.

Blake Shelton and Adam Levine will remain on the show, for now.  Blake has hinted the back to back seasons are hurting his career and cutting into his touring time.

Aguilera is stepping aside to focus on her upcoming album and tour.  Cee Lo, is also working on new music and a comedy series for NBC.  The change is temporary as Aguilera and Green are expected to be back for 'The Voice's' fifth season.

Maybe Shakira will have a better fashion specialist and wear clothes that actually fit on the show.  Next season, families can watch the show together again, without having to worry about how much skin Christina will have hanging out.
