Chris Young may have lost out to Keith Urban at the Grammy’s for Best Male Country Vocal Performance but he is still pumped up about having his third consecutive number one song, “Voices”. The song was originally released in 2008 and met with little success but due to the strong audience response it would get at his shows Chris demanded it be re-released. It became the first country song in nearly 30 years to become a number one on its second try. That song? Randy Travis’s “On the Other Hand”, first released in 1982 then re-released in 1983 when it went to the top of the country charts.
