The first snow of the season has arrived in parts of central and upstate New York. A storm brought what skiers have been waiting all year for at Whiteface Mountain over the weekend.

Lake Placid saw 10 inches of the white stuff.

Snow is also sticking in the Catskills which is good for the Plattekill ski hill.

Hard to believe it was just a few days before snow fell we were enjoying temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
