In the search for the best hand craftsmanship in America, Anthony Bourdain has taken his series "Raw Craft" to Central New York on two different occasions. First in Syracuse, and now in Cazenovia.

In the latest episode we meet Frank Shattuck of Cazenovia. Syracuse.com describes him more than just a regular tailor:

He's a jack-of-all-trades who among other things is a high-end tailor, making what are known as "bespoke" suits. That means hand-sewn, custom-fitted, time-consuming to make and, of course, a little pricey."
