I've heard of all kinds of ways to stop smoking. There's the patch. There are smoking cessation clinics. There's nicotine gum. In other words, there are a number of methods one can explore in an effort to stop the craving. However, a Sacramento, California woman has come up with what she thinks is a sure fire way to kick the habit. It's called "slap a cop, get arrested and thrown in jail". How does it work?
