As you know, today is election day, and polls will be open in New York state until 9:00 p.m. . Many people in the greater New York City area affected by last week's Hurricane Sandy may have difficulty finding their polling place. Governor Andrew Cuomo has issued an executive order to enable them to vote in state and national elections, even if their polling place is closed due to the last week's storm.
