Naked Indian Takes on Naked Cowboy in Times Square

The Naked Cowboy in New York City's Times Square has some competition.  The Naked Indian.  Adam David is banging his drum and strumming his guitar in his underwear.  Robert Burck, who plays the Naked Cowboy, is threatening to sue.  David says there's plenty of room in Times Square for both of them.  What do you think?

Horse Lovers Heading For Syracuse

Horse lovers from all over Upstate New York are heading for Syracuse as the Syracuse International Horse Show continues through this weekend. YNN reports that the American Saddlebred Horse Association hosted show will feature some 650 horses making it  one of the largest to date. Along with the various equine events there are charitable causes that will benefit.

Campaign Raises Big Bucks for Bullied Bus Monitor Karen Klein

The campaign meant to give the bullied bus monitor Karen Klein a vacation, has raised over $455,000.  And the fund just keeps growing.  Donations are coming in every minute - from one dollar to one hundred dollars. Maybe she can retire? Karen's "about me" on her Facebook page mentions she would work "unless she came into lots of money."  The question now is, how much is lots of money?

Bullied Bus Driver Sees Outpouring of Support

Karen Klein is a 68-year-old school bus monitor for a school in Rochester, New York. She's in charge of making sure the kids are safe on the bus. But it also means she has to sit amongst the kids who are often brutally mean and obnoxious to her.

Earlier this week, she was viciously bullied by several kids who relentlessly called her names and ultimately brought her to tears. A difficult-to-watch 10-minute video was posted to YouTube and support for her is pouring in from the community, as well as from people around the country.  She's being showered with support and gifts, and also praised for showing restraint. Her story is being told across the country as it should be.

Nik Wallenda’s Historic Niagara Falls Tightrope Walk [VIDEO]

He did it.  Nik Wallenda became the first man to tightrope walk over Niagara Falls.  Thousands gathered at the Falls to watch history in the making, while millions more watched on TV.  It took Wallenda all off 25 minutes to cross over Horseshoe Falls, the largest of the three Falls.  He even ran the last few feet.

Elementary Kids Allowed to Sing ‘God Bless the USA’ [VIDEO]

The kindergarten kids at a New York school may not be allowed to sing Lee Greenwood's 'God Bless the USA at their graduation, but we're letting local kids sing it for them.

We decided to show our support by having parents record their children and send it in.  The principal won't let the kindergarteners in Coney Island wave their red, white and blue, so we're waving  it for them.  Thanks to all the parents who sent us video of their kids.
