Hollywood week on American Idol is over, and the Top 40 men and women moving on have been chosen. The ladies may be the ones to beat this season. Several blew away the judges during their final auditions, including country girl Janell Arthur, soul singer Candice Glover and my favorite this year, Angela Miller who sang an original song that gave Keith Urban goose bumps.
This is pretty cool. Ed Robertson of the Barenaked Ladies co-wrote a song with astronaut and International Space Station commander Chris Hadfield. Who also recently recorded the first original song in space.
