One sure sign that the "Frog Days Of Summer" are on the way is the beginning of those free outdoor concerts in central New York. Generally, area villages and towns have a particular night of the week for their musical events, and this Wednesday night, the Village Of Whitesboro begins its "Concerts In The Park" series.
