This weekend, Memorial Day weekend, is the traditional beginning of the summer grilling season and a change is brewing with regards to chicken meat. According to the National Chicken Council dark meat is closing the popularity gap between it and white meat.
The upcoming Memorial Day weekend may not be the official beginning of summer but it is, for all intents and purposes, the starting point for our warm weather activities. The unofficial start of summer is here - the Memorial Day weekend, the first of three long summertime holiday weekends.
