Shoppers, as they have for several years, prefer to be greeted with signs reading “Merry Christmas” rather than “Happy Holidays” according to the latest Rasmussen Report. 70% of American's surveyed prefer stores use signs that say “Merry Christmas.”
December 1, 2011 An anonymous "Secret Santa" gave away $20 thousand dollars of his own money, mostly in $100 bills, to needy residents of the economically hard hit city of Reading, Pennsylvania Tuesday night. According to the Reading Eagle the "Secret Santa" was accompanied by police to various locations such as shelters, goodwill shops and bus stations.
