Wells. As radio was in its early days, over 2 million people listening thought it was real, and started to panic. For something different, Tadpole & I decided to get out of town for the weekend.  We went to Syracuse and decided to go bar hopping.  Something we haven't done in more years than I care to admit.  We forgot it was Halloween weekend and that meant costumes, costumes and more costumes.  There were so many great get-ups, we decided to take pictures of the night's best.  Keep in mind Tadpole used his cell phone to take the pictures, which isn't the best in a dark club.

Happy Halloween! Yes, today's the day you're going to get all dressed up and go trick-or-treating. You're going to get tons of candy. And, you're probably going to sift through it all to pick out the stuff you love and will keep all to yourself and the candy you don't like  and let the older people have. For me, my favorite candy was, and still is, the Dum Dum Pop. I think I like them so much because of their simplicity. It's a small lollipop--can't get much more simple than that. If you have had a Dum Dum Pop in the last few years, have you ever come across the mystery flavor? Well, there are mystery flavors in every bag and you never know what you're going to get. With "Paranormal Activity 3" setting box office records this week my thoughts turned to the scariest movies of all time. These don't necessarily have to be horror, monster or slasher flicks but can just be a tense drama.
