In the Greg "Splashin'" McShea household, we're not into those horrible slasher films that surface every Halloween. We like spooky movies, sci-fi and comedies thrown in just for laughs. In my opinion, the best trick or treating scene in a movie was when E.T. went with the kids in the 1982 film, "E.T., The Extra-Terrestial".
Gangnam style is the latest craze. The song and dance, created by Korean pop star Psy, is catching on in the U.S. It's one of the most parodied dances on YouTube. Now its a Halloween lights show.
The best part about Halloween is the pumpkin. On a nice fall day you head on over to the local pumpkin patch and pick out the perfect specimen. Then you and your friends or family get together to carve your masterpiece and cook some delicious pumpkin seeds.

If you--like me--has no clue as to what it is about here is a brief synopsis.
When it comes to Halloween movies, the hands-down favorite in the Greg "Splashin'" McShea household is the 1993 film, "Hocus Pocus". If you've never seen it, it's a comedy that features Bette Midler at her witchiest best, along with Sarah Jessica Parker (before her starring role in "Sex And the City").
