Superstitious About 2013?

With the new year, some new superstitions may arise...specifically the number 13. This is the first time in a century that we've had a year ending in 13. The last time this happened of course was in 1913. Add to that, we have two Friday the 13ths this year - one in September and the second in December, so we have plenty of time to worry about that.

We Salute Dick Clark On New Year’s Rockin’ Eve

Ringing in the new year won't be the same tonight without Dick Clark, the creator of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" which first aired in the 1970s. Every New Year's Eve, the TV in the Greg "Splashin'" McShea household was tuned to that show, and Dick Clark never let us down. Even after his stroke a few years back, he courageously continued with help from Ryan Seacrest. Tonight, ABC pays tribute to Dick Clark at 8:00 p.m. with "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark".
