Cute Kids

When sleep strikes a child, it can do so at the most inopportune time, even in the middle of a tasty snack. But our 'Cute Kid' of the day doesn’t let that stop him as he snoozes and noshes on an ice cream cone at the same time.

Our 'Cute Kid' of the day, Coleman Shannon was born without a right hand and forearm, due to a medical condition called Amelia, but that hasn’t slowed him down from chasing his baseball dreams. In fact, the 14-year-old left-handed pitcher recently threw a no-hitter in a Johnsonville, SC little league game.

Every parent likes to think their toddler is a genius. But the parents of our 'Cute Kid' of the day, two-year-old Anthony Popa Urria have the Mensa membership to back that up. Still in diapers, Anthony has been admitted into the high IQ-society on the strength of his 154 IQ, which is just short of the scores of great thinkers Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawkins.

Our 'Cute Kid' of the day is five-year-old Leland Camara who suffers from Leukemia. He’s had some tough days since he was diagnosed in September, but he also realizes others have gone out of their way to make his time more joyful as he battles the disease. Our 'Cute Kid' of the day, Andrea Chiaradio, of Stonington High School in Connecticut, pitched a perfect game by striking out every single batter she faced — 21 of them over the course of the seven-inning game.
