Sammy Kershaw and nine members of his band are shaken but unhurt after their tour bus was hit by another vehicle and extensively damaged . According to the AP the accident happened Friday in Nacona, Texas, northwest of Dallas. The driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized but Sammy said he was thankful that none of his group were hurt.

A man drove from Long Island, New York, into Lower Manhattan earlier today in a van he thought was filled with explosives. He parked the van close to the Federal Reserve building, just a few blocks from the World Trade Center, and planned to detonate it using a cell phone from a nearby hotel.
The explosives, however, were fake.
