We have had a number of hot days already this summer and with more than a month and a half in the season there have already been a number of reports of drivers experiencing weather related engine problems. I was on vacation last week in Cape Cod Massachusetts (a tourist area for sure) and paid $3.53 a gallon for regular last Wednesday, and $3.55 on Monday, when I left.

If you are a classic or custom car lover you are going to want to be at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse this weekend for the Syracuse Nationals. Last year some 86,000 car lovers attended the show which featured some 7,500 cars. It's been a while but as I recall the most difficult part of my first learners permit test was trying to parallel park. The three point turn was no walk  in the park either but parallel parking was the moment of most pressure. Apparently this was not the case for a Chinese driver named Han Yue who according to CarsGuide.com set a Guinness Book ofWorld Records mark for parking his Mini Cooper in a space that was only 15 centimeters larger than his car.
