Two of country music's leading ladies will join forces for the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert are going to take the Las Vegas stage side by side, singing their duet from Lambert's upcoming album.

Billboard announced on Wednesday (May 7) that the two blondes will be performing the debut of their song 'Somethin' Bad.' The song is on Lambert's upcoming album 'Platinum' that is set for release on June 3. The performance is sure to be a hit -- and one not to be missed.

"I'm a huge Carrie Underwood fan," Lambert gushes to Billboard. "'Somethin' Bad' is a meshing of our styles and there aren't many female collaborations in our format so I'm really excited to be debuting it on the Billboard Awards."

Underwood is also up for a big award during the show. She is a finalist for the 2014 Milestone Award and the only country star remaining on the ballot since Luke Bryan didn't make the cut. Luckily, he's still a performer so fans won't miss out on seeing the country man take the stage.

The Underwood/Lambert duet will put them among other performers including Florida Georgia Line and -- as mentioned -- Bryan for the country genre. Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, Imagine Dragons and OneRepublic are just a few of the other performers on the bill. The 2014 Billboard Music Awards will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on ABC May 18 at 8PM ET.
