Carly Rose & Tate Stevens Make X-Factor Finals – See Who Went Home

X-Factor favorites Carly Rose and Tate Stevens are in the finals, competing for the $5 million prize next week.  Watch the recap from last night and see who went home.

I was worried when it came down to Carly and Emblem Three at the end.  If Carly went home, it would have been a travesty.  She, Tate and Fifth Harmony will perform in the finals next Wednesday night at 8 on Fox.
