Can You Tell the Difference Between a $600 and a $28 Haircut?

Can you tell the difference between a $600 haircut and a $28 one?  ABC News' '20/20 Confessions' had four women get haircuts at four different prices; $28, $75, $200, and $600. Then they asked people to identify which haircut cost which amount. Only ONE person was able to get all four correct.  AND it was a GUY!  Can you tell?  Get a closer look.

My big question is, who the heck is charging $600 for a haircut and who's paying it!  The answer is Adir Abergel who is the one behind Anne Hathaway’s new look.  I bet I could get the look for A LOT less. But when you're rolling in the dough, what's $600 for a trim.
