Can Americans Sing the Canadian National Anthem [VIDEO]

At a recent hockey game between Toronto and Nashville, the mic cut out partway through the U.S National Anthem and the Canadian fans took it from there! It made me wonder, if it happened during the Canadian National Anthem, could Americans sing it?

This makes me proud to be Canadian!
