Burning Off Those Beer Calories
Now that the weekend is over it’s time to think about what you need to do to burn off all of those beer calories you consumed over the past 2 or 3 days. Sure, you had fun but now it’s back to the business of fitness. One twelve ounce beer contains around 150 calories and if you had more than one (and you know you did) then you can do the math. How much exercise is needed to burn off that one brewski?
The website fitsugar.com came up with these “helpful” ideas. To burn off the calories from one beer you would need to:
Jog for 22 minutes.
Swim laps for 19 minutes.
Play golf for 28 minutes, just be sure to carry your own clubs and walk the course.
Go on a 44-minute canoe ride.
Bike for 19 minutes.
Go on a hike for 26 minutes.
