Buffalo Native Owen Stuart Makes it Through X-Factor Auditions

Meet Owen Stuart. The Buffalo native recently moved to North Carolina, away from his girlfriend Tori. The teenager is hoping to win the 5 million dollar X-Factor prize to move to New York City with his girlfriend. He’s well on his way after blowing away the judges with his audition.
Owen sang ‘Airplane’ which he dedicated to Tori. Simon Cowell didn’t look too enthused when he first started, but he quickly turned his frown upside down when Owen began singing and rapping.
Britney Spears wasn’t as wowed as everyone else seemed to be, but Owen received three yeses, which was enough to send him to the next round in Hollywood.
He was cute and was an ok singer, but I’m with Britney. I don’t think he’ll be around long enough to make it to the live shows. Watch his audition and judge for yourself.
The X-Factor returns tonight as the contestants travel to bootcamp. Check it out on Fox at 8.
