British Singer Covers, Slows Down Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble” [VIDEO]

Pop artists covering country hits is nothing new. Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” was covered by Whitney Houston and the Buck Owen’s classic “Act Naturally” was given the pop treatment by none other than the Beatles. Now an English artist, Jessie J, has not only covered but given a whole new treatment to Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble”. Give a listen and see what you think.

Funny how the way a song is delivered can change the feeling of the lyric. Taylor fans no doubt will prefer her version but the Jessie J take will certainly have its fair share of fans.
