Have you seen the six pack abs on Brantley Gilbert?  He shows them off while jumping into the Cumberland River in Nashville. It's all part of challenge from his friends to take part in a polar bear plunge.  I don't know who the 'friends' were, but thank you!

I don't know about you, but there's not enough money in the world to get me to jump into a freezing body of water.

Tad and I signed up for a Polar Bear Plunge once. When they counted down to one and everyone jumped into the pool, I jumped around the ladder, avoiding the water at all costs.
