Brad Paisley Promotes First Amendment

Brad Paisley is well known for his lighter side as one of country music’s most active and imaginative pranksters but he is also seriously committed to the United States Constitutions First Amendment. In a recent Parade magazine newspaper supplement Brad is featured in an ad promoting the freedoms afforded by that amendment.
It shows Brad with his guitar, performing at a microphone in a T-shirt with the stylized cityscape from his “American Saturday Night” tour. His eyes are closed and his right arm is raised with his finger pointed high. At the top of the ad are the words: “Free to play, to sing, to speak, to write.” Below Paisley’s photo the ad says thanks to the First Amendment, you can be whomever and whatever you want to be.

The ad is part of a campaign by Vanderbilt University publicizing the 5 freedoms specified in the First Amendment. More info can be had here.
