Boilermaker Filling Up Fast
February 10, 2012 1:12 PM It looks like this year’s Boilermaker Road Race is well on the way in filling entries. At latest count, the Boilermaker is at the half-way point of total runners.
According to our sister station, WIBX:
“If you plan on running the Boilermaker, you’d better sign up soon. Race officials say registration for the 15-K race has crossed the halfway point.
Over 7,000 runners have signed up for the race so far.
At this point last year, just over 2,500 had registered.
Last year’s race closed out on May 14th when the cap was 13,000
The 15-K race is capped at 14,000 runners this year.”
