"Mohawk Valley Water Authority crews are working to repair a water main break on Bacon Street.

As a result, a boil water advisory has been issued for customers on Broad Street from Kossuth Avenue to St. Anthony Street and Bacon Street from Broad to Bleecker Street.

The advisory will remain in effect for 48 hours or until tests show the water is free from contamination.

During this time, customers are advised to boil their water for at least two minutes before using it for drinking or cooking."
