Blake Shelton is dating his fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani, according to a representative for the pop singer. It’s the first confirmation from either party’s camp since rumors of their relationship began heating up over Halloween weekend.

TMZ reports that Shelton and Stefani flew to Nashville together earlier this week and planned to announce their relationship tonight, after the 2015 CMA Awards. Stefani will not attend the ceremony, the website furthers, but she will join Shelton at several afterparties.

Other outlets tell similar stories, with US Weekly quoting Stefani's rep, who says, “Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating.” Stefani divorced husband Gavin Rossdale in August, while Shelton split from Miranda Lambert in July.

Last weekend E! reported the pair were celebrating Halloween together, showing paparazzi pics of Shelton with his arms around the No Doubt singer. She later appeared on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, calling the country singer “hot,” but playing coy about the status of their relationship.

“I’m not going to answer that right now, Ryan,” Stefani said when the host inquired. “I think I’ve given enough of myself this morning to you. But I think he’s hot, don’t you?”

Shelton will perform at the CMA Awards on Wednesday night. He's also nominated for two awards. Next June he'll headline Country Jam Colorado in Grand Junction, Colo.
