Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan Take Shots at Justin Bieber, Brittany Spears and Themselves For a Selife at ACM Awards – [WATCH]

Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan opened the ACM Awards with a few laughs, a few jabs at Justin Bieber, Brittany Spears and Jerry Jones' expense and a selfie with the biggest stars in the room; themselves.

Bluke was excited for a night of live music. 'If you don't like live music then you need to go down the block and see Brittany Spears,' Blake told the crowd. They also welcomed Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, where the ACM will celebrate their 50th anniversary next year. 'You never seen an awards show at Cowboys stadium,' Blake told the crowd. 'You never see a playoff game there either,' Luke replied. Now THAT was funny! Sorry Cowboy fans.

Carrie Underwood's Sound of Music appearance sparked ideas for other country stars in musicals. Luke had a suggestion for Blake, 'you and Miranda would be perfect in Beauty & the Beast.' To which Blake replied 'and you could be in American Idiot.' That joke drew a groan or two.

The Hag was in the audience to be honored with the Crystal Milestone Award. 'When you heard Merle Haggard singing a song about being drunk, outta work, in jail, it sounded like Merle was singing about his younger self. This year is sounds like he's singing about Justin Bieber.'

When asked if Blake was worried about Miranda beating him in the Entertainer of the Year category Blake replied 'As far as Miranda's concerned I'm already entertainer of the year.' 'More like entertainer of the minute, and I'm spotting you 30 seconds,' Luke joked. I don't know about you, but I laughed.

Blake and Luke were looking for big stars to beat Ellen's selfie twitter record but when they walked through the crowd they were too nervous to ask George Strait. They didn't think Jason Aldean was 'big enough.' Tim McGraw was too 'borrrrring,' so they decided they were the biggest stars in the room and took the selfie themselves. But not before moving to get because 'Sheryl Crow's in the background. She'll screw it all up.' Poor Sheryl.

It was nice to see Luke a little looser this year. He seemed a little stiff his first time out. How do you think Blake and Luke did hosting the ACMs this year?
