Billy Ray Cyrus has rescheduled his appearance on The View for March 18th. He was supposed to appear on that show as well as Good Morning America on February 23rd, but cancelled in the wake of his controversial interview with GQ in which he said that he said that Hannah Montana ruined his family. At the time he told People.com that he needed time to mend his family.
