When it comes to the best place to live, most of us would say right here in central New York. After all, where else can you enjoy the "Frog Days of Fall" and have a local brewery just down the road? There's a new survey out that indicates that the best cities to live in are not necessarily the biggest ones.

Here is a list of the top 1o best places according to "Business Week" magazine (their thoughts, not mine):

10. Anchorage, Alaska

9. San Francisco, California

8. Virginia Beach, Virginia

7. San Diego, California

6. Washington, D.C.

5. Irvine, California

4. Scottsdale, Arizona

3. Honolulu, Hawaii

2. Arlington, Virginia

And, the number one best city to live in -Raleigh, North Carolina (All I can remember about Raleigh is that's where the county seat was supposed to be located on the old "Andy Griffith Show").
