Best Ways To Relieve Stress

It’s been one of those days. A tough day at work. The kids are driving you up the wall. The car won’t start. You need to de-stress before you go completely bonkers. But how? Self magazine did a poll recently asking the question “What helps you unwind after a stressful day?” The top responses?
1)Kick back on the couch or favorite chair and watch TV (29%).
2) Wine (22%)
3) Hot Bath (20%)
My wife actually does both 2 and 3 after a tough day, a glass of wine while taking a bubble bath. I know some people who exercise. Others read. The important thing is that we all develop a way to keep our stress levels under control as too much stress can lead to a host of serious health problems.
