As 2013 comes to a close, we take a look back at the top songs of the year. My Top 5 include silly ditties and serious tributes.

5. Boys Round Here - Blake Shelton

Only Blake Shelton could record a song like Boys Round Here. He even got his wife Miranda Lambert and the Pistol Annies along with RaeLynn from 'The Voice' to join him on the song. In June, a celebrity remix was even released featuring Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Ronnie Dunn, Miranda, Reba, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Josh Turner and Hank Williams Jr.

4. We Were Us - Keith Urban & Miranda Lambert

How do you make a Keith Urban song better? Put Miranda Lambert in it. The duet raced up the charts to #1 and proved Keith's promise to deliver a new sound on his latest Fuse album was just what his fans wanted.

3. Drink A Beer - Luke Bryan

Luke Bryan has released a number of country hits, but this is his best yet. It's hard to believe he didn't write the song that pays tribute to his brother and sister who were killed in a car crash.

2. Wagon Wheel - Darius Rucker

Darius Rucker is the only pop star to cross over to country music successfully. By reinvigorating a Old Crow Medicine Show/Bob Dylan song, he proves traditional country can still be cool

1. Cruise - Florida Georgia Line

This song took Florida Georgia Line from a place on the map to country music's hottest duo. Spending the most weeks at #1 EVER for a country single. Getting Nelly to join you for a remix version and winning CMA single of the year makes it the top song of the year. Plus you can't help but sing along. Its one of the few songs we play over and over and over, that I never get sick of hearing.

What was your favorite country song of 2013?
