Good manners generally speak to our upbringing and apparently the Dutchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, had a very well mannered childhood as she has been named the years best mannered celebrity by the National League of Junior Cotillions. US magazine recently reported that the League released its “10 Best Mannered” list along with the person they considered the most ill-mannered celebrity.
