Best and Worst Halloween Candies

The stores are full of Halloween candies now and, like most people, I want to hand out treats that elicit smiles and excitement from the the little costumed creatures that show up at our door. The Huffington Post has come up with a list of the best and worst Halloween candies.

1–Smarties
